ISO 22301 Foundation

This 2-day training provides participants with an opportunity to build on the core aspects of business continuity management and to become familiar with the principles, methods, procedures and techniques applied to the BCMS. During this course, the student will acquire the knowledge and skills to understand the ins and outs of the requirements of ISO 22301 for the implementation and operation of a BCMS. Based on case examples and practical exercises, the student will be brought during the training to a better understanding of the planning, implementation, control and improvement of a BCMS. The student will do so taking into account the formal requirements of the standard and by interpreting them adequately in a perspective of mastering the issues related to the continuity of the activity within their organization.

• acquire the knowledge and skills to understand the ins and outs of the requirements of ISO 22301 for the implementation and operation of a BCMS;
